Retail Energy Associate Qualifications

No prior energy or sales experience is required. We’re looking for candidates who are:

• Positive, motivated, and eager to learn
• Reliable, professional, and coachable
• Strong communicators with good interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a busy retail environment
• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Authorized to work in the United States

Experience in retail, sales, customer service, hospitality, marketing, or a related field is helpful but not required .
