Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Responsibilities Full‑time mental health clinician. Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, and complete ongoing documentation, including diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy. Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week. Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to fill gaps in our community. Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals. Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol. Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed. Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training. Qualifications Master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited college or university. Clinical licensure (LCPC, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, LP, etc.) in the designated field. Experience completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to maintain stable, appropriate boundaries with clients. Timely submission of documentation and other required reports. Knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and general mental health documentation. Comfort working with a diverse client base. Proficiency with office technology and Electronic Health Record systems. Subject to a Level 2 background screening in accordance with state licensing board requirements. Benefits Health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plans.
