We are seeking a Environmental Services Coordinator to support the Environmental Services team by coordinating daily operations, managing work orders, responding to resident needs, and helping ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained community. We are seeking a Environmental Services Coordinator to support the Environmental Services team by coordinating daily operations, managing work orders, responding to resident needs, and helping ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained community. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM What You'll Be Doing Coordinate daily work assignments, schedules, and service requests for the Environmental Services team. Manage and track work orders, ensuring timely completion and follow-up with residents and team members. Serve as a primary point of contact for resident inquiries and concerns, delivering exceptional customer service. Maintain departmental records, scheduling documents, and other administrative reports. Partner with team members across the community to support operational goals and maintain a safe, welcoming environment. About You Minimum of one year of experience in building operations, environmental services, housekeeping, maintenance, or a related field. Strong organizational, customer service, and communication skills. Knowledge of cleaning practices, environmental services operations, and workplace safety standards. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using computerized work order or maintenance management systems preferred. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
