Payroll Specialist
Zing Recruiting, in partnership with a fast-paced organization in the Greater Nashville area, is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join their team! This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented payroll professional looking for stability, strong team collaboration, and the ability to make an immediate impact.

Payroll Specialist Job Summary:
Pay: Competitive
Schedule: Standard business hours (onsite)
Process weekly payroll accurately and on time
Manage timekeeping, including clock-in/clock-out and attendance tracking
Maintain payroll records and ensure data integrity
Support payroll reporting and reconciliations
Respond to payroll-related inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality
Partner with HR and Finance on payroll processes and related matters

Payroll Specialist Qualifications:
2–3 years of payroll experience required
Experience with ADP Workforce Now / ADP Workforce Management required
Experience processing weekly payroll
Strong knowledge of time & attendance systems
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
