Sr. Scheduling Lead - Hyperscale Data Center Program

Job Description We are seeking a Lead Project Scheduler to support a large-scale hyperscale data center construction program as part of an owner's-representative team. This is a senior, self-sufficient role responsible for schedule governance and integrity across a multi-building campus. Candidates should be comfortable operating independently and setting the standard for scheduling practice on their site. Responsibilities Own and maintain the integrated master schedule across multiple concurrent data center buildings, from design through construction and commissioning handover. Provide owner's-side schedule oversight: stay ahead of progress, risks, and challenges, and surface problems early. Act as a guardrail and a partner to developers and general contractors without directing their field execution. Perform baseline reviews and validate contractor-submitted schedules for logic, sequencing, and realism. Build and maintain resource-loaded schedules and generate S-curves to track planned versus actual progress. Run schedule quality analysis and issue clear, consistent reporting to program leadership. Track and communicate critical path drivers, with particular attention to power delivery and substations, long-lead equipment, and commissioning sequencing. Expert-level Primavera P6. Able to be onsite four-plus days per week at the assigned campus. Experience as a scheduling lead, setting standards and governing schedule quality across a site. Owner's or client's-side experience, providing oversight rather than delivering the work. Familiarity with e-Builder or comparable program management platforms. Strong resource loading, S-curve, CPM, and baseline review methodology. DCMA-style schedule health analysis (Acumen Fuse or similar). Insight Global
