Maintenance Technician

Job Summary This role utilizes advanced skills to perform preventative maintenance and corrective repairs in a Data Center environment. Responsibilities include oversight of electrical and mechanical systems such as UPS systems, generators, chillers, electrical distribution, HVAC systems, Building Management Systems (BMS), and CMMS work dispatching. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform daily inspections of Mechanical and Engineering (M&E) systems and technical equipment Service and maintain electrical and mechanical systems Complete assigned work in accordance with established procedures, EHS policies, and PPE requirements Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards Oversee third-party vendors to ensure adherence to processes and regulations Assist in creating and maintaining work processes, Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), SOPs, and risk assessments Maintain CERM documentation and logbooks Complete all required training to perform job responsibilities successfully Qualifications Ability to perform all essential job functions satisfactorily Strong background in HVAC or Electrical systems preferred Knowledge of emergency response, standby, and call-out protocols Pride Global offers eligible employee's comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, auto, home insurance, pet insurance and employee discounts with preferred vendors.
