Are you organized, dependable, and detail-oriented ? EmpowerHome Team is looking for a Mailroom Coordinator to help keep our office operations running smoothly and efficiently.

In this role, you'll manage incoming and outgoing mail, prepare buyer and listing folders, organize listing packages, and ensure important materials are completed and sent on time. You'll also help maintain office supplies and coordinate copier and equipment repairs when needed.

$14 - $16 hourly

• Sort and distribute incoming mail

• Prepare buyer and listing folders

• Prepare and send listing packages

• Complete and send scheduled mailers

• Monitor and order office supplies and printer ink

• Coordinate copier repairs and maintenance

• Keep the mailroom and office organized

• Support the team with daily administrative tasks
