Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek)

Job Description Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. The role involves driving a truck along an established route to deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service products for an existing customer base. The position is physical, fast‑paced, and requires both indoor and outdoor work. Key Responsibilities Serve as the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers. Maintain quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns. Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services. Negotiate service agreement renewals and manage inventory while working safely and professionally. Comply with driving and vehicle regulations. Qualifications All applicants must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for operating a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. Prior to the first day of employment, candidates must: Hold an active driver’s license. Be at least 21 years of age. Obtain a DOT medical certification. Provide documentation of prior employment. Additional qualifications include: Ability to meet the physical demands of the role. High School diploma, GED, or military service. Strong customer service orientation.
