Job Responsibilities: Bill all New and Used car deals and post into Accounting Organize all paperwork in each deal; check for completeness (signatures, verify VIN, etc.) Process incoming/outgoing Dealer Trades in CDK & process Payoff checks for Trade-ins and mail to appropriate financial institution in a timely manner. Generate and maintain the Salesperson’s commission reports Maintains Inventory Schedule & We-Owe Schedule Other general accounting procedures #J-18808-Ljbffr Courage KIA
