What You'll Do

• Provide expert nursing care to Medical-Surgical patients, including neuro, ortho, and trauma cases
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote positive outcomes
• Educate patients and families tailored to diverse needs and backgrounds
• Delegate tasks appropriately to licensed and ancillary team members
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards and hospital policies
• Document all patient care activities accurately and thoroughly

What You Need

• Active RN license in Louisiana
• At least 2 years of clinical experience in Med-Surg, Neuro, Ortho, or Trauma units
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency with computer systems and documentation platforms
