The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth functioning of the practice, enhance patient satisfaction, and drive operational efficiencies. Key Responsibilities: Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations of the practice, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation. Develop and implement efficient operational procedures and workflows. Lead, train, and mentor clinical and administrative staff to maintain high levels of performance. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment. Monitor budgetary concerns and manage financial performance against operational goals. Oversee billing practices and ensure accurate coding for ophthalmic services. Ensure exceptional patient care by implementing protocols that enhance patient satisfaction.
