Mid-Level Counsel: Software Licensing & Commercial Contracts

Cytel

Cytel is looking for an experienced attorney to provide legal guidance in Lansing, Michigan. The successful candidate will draft and negotiate various software licensing agreements, collaborate closely with multiple teams, and ensure compliance with laws. This full-time role requires a Juris Doctor degree and a minimum of 4 years of relevant legal experience. Candidates with in-house experience in technology companies are preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
