Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant

Position Overview PTA - Physical Therapist Assistant Full Time, Part Time, PRN shifts available | Up to $45/hr Responsibilities Work as part of the Therapy Team under the guidance of PT. Measure and record residents’ motor function, strength, and muscle performance. Observe residents and write progress reports. Assist residents in carrying out specific exercises. Treat residents with techniques such as stretching and massage. Help residents use necessary equipment and devices. Educate residents on how to exercise properly to strengthen muscle and improve mobility. Maintain residents’ confidence by keeping information confidential. Comply with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements. Contribute to the entire team effort and goals. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
