Location: Shreveport, LA

Start Date: 08/10/2026

End Date: 11/07/2026

Shift: 10-Hour Days (Schedules vary between 0630-1500 and 1045-1915)

Hours/Week: Full-time

Employment Type: Travel assignment

Licenses/Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, optionally CSFA or CSA

Experience: Minimum 2 years of OR or acute care RN experience; robotics experience preferred

What You'll Do

• Circulate during complex surgical procedures including robotic, neuro-spine, bariatric, transplant, urology, and general surgeries
• Assist with cases such as craniotomies, aneurysm clipping, laparoscopic surgeries, nephrectomies, and bariatric procedures
• Support the surgical team as a scrub or circulate, depending on experience
• Maintain patient safety and comfort in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
• Comply with all unit-specific policies, including EKG competency
• Support transplant, neurovascular, and robot-assisted surgeries
• Participate in holiday and weekend on-call rotations as scheduled

What You Need

• Valid RN license in Louisiana
• Minimum 2 years of OR or acute care RN experience
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS certifications
• Robotic surgery experience (specifically with Da Vinci systems)
• Ability to pass an EKG competency exam

• Neuro-spine/neuro-vascular experience
• Transplant experience (kidney, liver, pancreas)
• Cardio/thoracic experience
• Additional certifications (CSFA or CSA)
