Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive and people-focused


Employee Experience Specialist


to support employee engagement, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, compliance, and people operations. This role partners with leaders and employees to create a positive workplace culture, improve the employee experience, and ensure consistent HR practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Experience & Engagement

• 
  Coordinate employee recognition, engagement, and culture initiatives.
  
  



• 
  Gather employee feedback through surveys and recommend improvements.
  
  



• 
  Support communication and programs that strengthen employee satisfaction and retention.
  
  

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

• 
  Manage recruiting activities, including job postings, candidate coordination, and interview scheduling.
  
  



• 
  Partner with hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
  
  



• 
  Lead onboarding activities to ensure a positive and successful new hire experience.
  
  

Performance & Development

• 
  Support performance review processes and employee development initiatives.
  
  



• 
  Track training completion and identify development opportunities.
  
  



• 
  Provide guidance and resources to managers on employee growth and performance.
  
  

HR Operations & Compliance

• 
  Maintain employee records and HR systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
  
  



• 
  Support benefits, leave administration, onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes.
  
  



• 
  Assist with compliance, policy updates, and documentation management.
  
  

Employee Relations

• 
  Serve as a resource for employee questions and workplace concerns.
  
  



• 
  Support investigations, documentation, and policy interpretation.
  
  



• 
  Promote a professional, respectful, and inclusive work environment.
  
  

Process Improvement & Analytics

• 
  Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and employee experience programs.
  
  



• 
  Track key workforce metrics and prepare reports for leadership.
  
  



• 
  Support the use of technology, automation, and AI tools to improve efficiency.
  
  

Qualifications

• 
  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
  
  



• 
  3-5+ years of experience in HR, Employee Experience, People Operations, or a related field.
  
  



• 
  Experience with recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and performance management.
  
  



• 
  Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  
  



• 
  Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  
  



• 
  Experience with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
  
  



• 
  HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar) is a plus.
  
  

Physical Requirements

• 
  Regular use of a computer, phone, and video conferencing tools.
  
  



• 
  Occasional walking throughout office or operational facilities.
  
  



• 
  Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
