The Director of Business Development role is responsible for leading the business development efforts to expand contractual opportunities to client referring entities by presentation of BHC service lines and deliverables as well as maintaining excellent contracted client relationships. In addition, in conjunction with the Clinical Director, is responsible for providing oversight/management of the daily operations and staff of Behavioral Health Connections, Inc. Job Duties / Responsibilities Lead business development efforts and expand contractual opportunities by seeking out new contract opportunities. Actively participate in the planning of regional market strategic planning, potential growth opportunities, future projects and implementations. Prepare and execute reporting presentations to the markets and report on KPI metrics, business development success and market opportunities. Assist facilities with day to day operations, workflows, solving problems and people management. Qualifications Education Bachelors degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health or related field. License / Certification Preferred current appropriate state license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Current CPR, Vaccines, if required by a customer hospital. Current Drivers License. Experience Required 3-5 year similar work experience. Preferred 5-8 years similar work experience.
