What does a Crew Lead Mitigation Technician with Paul Davis do?

Role on the Team (Job Responsibilities):

• Lead a team of two or more to perform of water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, according to Paul Davis and industry specifications under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager.
• Perform inspections, scoping, secure customer commitment, and set up incoming jobs
• Thoroughly document all work done to support job scope
• Perform mitigation, structural drying, mold remediation in accordance with industry standard and practices
• Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service.

• Maintain a clean, properly stocked and organized truck and maintain all company equipment.
• Be accessible by phone and participate, as necessary, in the on-call schedule.
• Assist in warehousing and facility related tasks when necessary.
• You will assist other team members as you see opportunities arise and be a leader for the team when needed.

Team Qualifications (Requirements):

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Restoration Field
• Desire to join a world-class team and contribute a positive attitude
• Demonstrated leadership abilities
• IICRC Certification WRT Required.
• Dedication to customer service
• Fluent in English
• Clean criminal background check
• Valid driver's license with a good record
• Have the ability to work nights/weekends and overtime
• Ability to lift 75 LBS frequently
• Desire to continually learn new things

Team Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly pay: $28 to $32/hour based on experience and certifications to start, opportunities for advancement are available
