Sales Manager - Oncology

AstraZeneca seeks an Oncology Sales Manager to lead and develop a team of sales specialists across Saudi Arabia, driving clinical demand and building strategic relationships with healthcare stakeholders. The role combines team leadership, territory management, and capability building within the oncology therapeutic area.

Responsibilities

Coach, lead, and develop oncology sales specialists to improve performance and drive clinical demand
Develop territory and account strategies, identifying high-value accounts and allocating resources accordingly
Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with multidisciplinary teams and decision-making units
Support capability building through science-based discussions, workshops, and training programs with healthcare professionals
Ensure team compliance with all regulatory requirements, company policies, and code of conduct standards

Requirements

University degree
Proven experience leading and coaching sales teams
Deep knowledge of oncology products, indications, and clinical data
Strong stakeholder relationship management and strategic account planning skills
Understanding of Saudi regulatory environment and healthcare system
Compliance expertise and ability to ensure adherence to company policies
