Evening LPN Meaningful Long-Term Care Nursing

Unity-Hospital-of-Rochester

Unity Living Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide professional patient care for long-term and post-acute residents. You will supervise CNAs, ensure accurate documentation, and maintain quality care aligned with individual care plans.

We offer shift differentials, robust benefits, tuition and loan support, and opportunities to advance from LPN to RN. The role requires BLS and NY LPN licensure, with an evening shift from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm for 32 hours per week in Rochester, NY.
