• Set up and operate CNC lathes to produce precision parts according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines.
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Make adjustments to machine settings as necessary to maintain tolerances.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production workflows.
• Document production data and maintain accurate records.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining preferred.
• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist, specifically with lathe operations.
• Strong understanding of CNC programming and G-code.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Familiarity with measuring tools and inspection techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if needed.

• CNC Lathe (2-4 axis) (Mazak, Haas, Okuma, Doosan, Takisawa, Dmg Mori Seiki, Hyundai - Wia, Nakamura, Hwachon, Murata, Samsung, Quick Tech, Fuji)
• CNC Lathe (5+ axis) (Mazak, Okuma, Doosan, Samsung, Dmg Mori Seiki, Index, Nakamura, Hwachon, Eurotech, Miyano)
