Location: 15301 Springdale Street, Huntington Beach, CA 92649 Pay Rate: $18.50/hr (W2) Shift: Multiple Shift : 6:00 AM 2:30 PM (1st Shift) 2:00 PM 10:30 PM (2nd Shift) Duration: 3-Month Contract (Possible Extension)
Position Overview
We are seeking reliable and safety-focused Material Handlers to support production operations at the Sekurit autoglass finishing facility. This role is responsible for the safe, accurate, and efficient handling of materials in a fast-paced, barcoded manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely handle, move, and stage materials to support production, packaging, and order preparation
- Operate in a barcoded inventory environment to ensure accuracy and traceability
- Support manufacturing workflows while adhering to strict safety standards
- Follow site procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Comply with all company safety, quality, and productivity guidelines
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 4+ years of prior manufacturing experience required
- 2+ years of material handling experience
- Forklift experience required
- 2+ years of automation experience (Tier 1 Supplier) preferred
- Experience working in a strong safety culture preferred
Additional Details
- Site uses Kronos for timekeeping
- Base pay: $18.50/hr
- Shift differential: Additional $0.50/hr automatically applied when working 2nd shift
