Vendor Invoicing & Office Operations Associate

Worksite: Whitewater, WI 53190

You open a clean, organized ledger—because you’ve spent the past weeks capturing every invoice, matching it to the right documentation, and resolving vendor questions the same day they pop up. Your reconciliations run smoothly, your reports land on time, and the office has what it needs to operate without a hitch. That’s the impact you’ll make here.

• Execute accurate, policy-compliant accounts payable processing from invoice receipt to payment.
• Keep documentation audit-ready: invoices, receipts, and payment confirmations.
• Support monthly reconciliations and contribute to financial reporting.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and settle discrepancies promptly and professionally.
• Provide everyday office support—filing, data entry, and managing supplies.
• Team up to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
• Assist with budgets and forecasting on an as-needed basis.

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in accounting/finance is a plus.
• Hands-on experience in accounts payable or a related accounting function.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational discipline.
• Solid Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel; exposure to accounting software preferred.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Clear, confident communication—written and verbal.
• Proactive problem solver who enjoys improving processes.
