Job Title Registered Nurse (RN) - Operating Room Location Cherry Valley, Massachusetts Job Summary Tenet Massachusetts is seeking an RN for the Operating Room in Cherry Valley, MA. The position offers a $20,000 sign‑on bonus (based on eligibility) and a 36‑hour working week on 12‑hour daytime shifts in a staff role. Responsibilities This role provides direct clinical patient care, including assessment, planning, and implementation of care for assigned patients per shift and unit level. The RN will supervise delegated staff, support the Chief Nursing Officer in ensuring high‑quality, safe nursing care, monitor competency of clinical staff, and manage resources related to patient care. Qualifications Education: Graduated from a state‑approved or accredited nursing school (required). Academic degree in nursing (bachelor’s or master’s) preferred. Certifications: Current license, CE, or registration to practice in the state of employment and CPR (required). Experience: Experience in an operating room setting preferred. Legal & Administrative Requirements Successful completion of a background check and pre‑employment health screening, including a drug screen. Compliance with mandatory COVID‑19 vaccination policy: must provide proof of full vaccination or obtain a religious/medical exemption and, if exempt, submit to regular testing.
