Department Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center - Emergency Department: Pediatric (36101) Location Winston‑Salem, NC, United States Employment Details Full‑time position; 35.1 hours per week. Schedule: Three 12‑hour night shifts (19:30–07:30) weekend program, Friday–Sunday. Sign‑on bonus eligible; relocation bonus possible. Pay range: $38.20–$57.30 per hour. Position Summary Registered Nurse (RN) – Pediatric Emergency Department. Expectations (Qualifications) Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program. Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which you practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required within 6 months of hire. Preferred: 2 years of emergency department experience. What You’ll Do Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, delivering safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Use evidence‑based practice and clinical decision‑making, applying compassion and communication skills while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum.
