• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST

About the Role
DAHL Consulting is currently partnering with a leading healthcare services organization that works with insurance providers to support at-home diagnostic testing programs. We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. In this remote role, you will serve as a key point of contact for individuals who have received home testing kits, providing guidance and support throughout the activation, completion, and return processes. As a Customer Service Representative, you will engage with individuals who have received at-home medical testing kits and provide support to ensure a positive customer experience. This role involves outbound outreach, customer education, problem-solving, and accurate documentation of interactions.
Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to individuals who have received at-home testing kits
• Confirm kit receipt and provide guidance on kit activation, completion, and return procedures
• Answer questions regarding testing kits and associated processes
• Deliver a high level of customer service while building trust and confidence with customers
• Accurately document customer interactions and updates in CRM and related systems
• Identify and resolve customer concerns while escalating issues as appropriate
• Maintain productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction standards
• Effectively manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
• Learn and apply information about products, services, and processes to support customer needs

Equipment provided: Laptop, monitor, keyboard, mouse, and headset. Qualifications
Required Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience in a professional environment
• Comfortable working in a remote setting and using computer-based systems throughout the workday
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent active listening and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with CRM systems, data entry, and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to navigate multiple systems while speaking with customers
• Demonstrated patience, empathy, and professionalism when handling customer interactions
• Ability to quickly learn new products, processes, and technologies

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in an inbound and/or outbound call center environment
• Experience supporting customers within the healthcare, insurance, or related industries
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) platforms
• Experience assisting customers with healthcare-related products, services, or programs
