Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion. Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams. Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well‑being. Assist with resident comfort. Collect samples and monitor catheters; provide wound care. Keep resident patient information confidential and follow all policies, procedures, federal, state, local requirements and professional standards. Collect, track, maintain, and review patient medical history, charts, and physical condition, including heart rate, blood pressure, temperature and respiration. Help coach staff as necessary. Requirements: Current LPN licence in Virginia. CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain). Previous LTC or SNF experience preferred, but new graduates welcome. Positive attitude, reliability, and strong clinical judgement. Salary/Wage Range: Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
