Responsibilities Are you an experienced maintenance professional with a passion for excellence and an enthusiasm for travel? As a Regional Maintenance Supervisor, you will support a portfolio of residential properties, traveling to various sites in the San Francisco, Oakland and surrounding areas to uphold Related’s high standards of quality and care. The Regional Maintenance Supervisor will serve as a key leader and ambassador for our company, exemplifying our Core Values while working hands-on to support Maintenance Supervisors and Technicians. From making repairs to ensuring safe and welcoming environments for our residents, your contributions will be instrumental in fostering vibrant communities. Manage and participate in REAC / NSPIRE inspection preparation including coordinating with the Regional Facility Manager, site staff, and vendor resources. Guide and support sites in completing repairs for preparation of HUD REAC / NSPIRE inspections in a timely manner to NSPIRE standards. Work side by side with site staff and other maintenance personnel completing carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and other small repairs. Support short-staffed sites by completing work orders, annual inspection repairs, and duties of a Maintenance Supervisor. Complete special projects assigned by the Regional Facilities Manager. Anticipated Salary Range $75,000 – $85,000 USD per year This range is provided as a general guideline and reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary depending on factors including qualifications, location, and responsibilities. In addition to salary, this position may be eligible for performance bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
