AVP, Regional Administrative Manager

Job Overview Regional Branch Administrative Manager responsible for leading employee affiliation branch office support staff, providing support to employee affiliation offices and teams including direct management of Client Service Associates and office support staff, coordinating Financial Advisor support efforts delivered through Client Service Associates, Service and Operations Teams, and collaborating with various business partners to support the national employee affiliation footprint. Candidates located in the Mid‑Atlantic and West Coast regions. Responsibilities Manage branch office support staff, including compensation and performance management, time management and capacity planning, goal setting, career development, etc. Foster a culture of coaching, learning and development with a strong emphasis on skills and behaviors that contribute to advisor satisfaction. Contribute to the development of the branch office support staff hiring strategy to successfully identify, attract, onboard, and retain top talent. Drive continuous improvement efforts within the branch admin vertical based upon evolving advisor needs. Act as liaison between advisors and LPL service and operations; advocate for advisor and client needs, overseeing and supporting case managers dedicated to resolving complex and high priority issues. Execute on support staff training programs focused on skill advancement and career progression; help identify and implement program improvements informed by advisor and staff feedback. Partner with the National Branch Manager on the admin vertical program design strategy and implementation. Requirements 2+ years brokerage/financial services industry knowledge FINRA Series 7/66 or completion of licenses within 90 days 2+ years knowledge and breadth of experience in financial services with background across both W2 and 1099 advisor models Ability to travel up to 40% throughout the year Core Competencies Self‑starter with a strong branch operations background and proven ability to lead work efforts across multiple internal organizations Strong customer focus, excellent verbal and written communication skills and extremely organized Strong analytical, strategic planning skills and relationship management skills Proven ability to independently and efficiently manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast‑paced environment Preferences Experience collaborating with and leading individuals across functional areas Demonstrated ability to establish productive relationships and interact effectively with business partners at all levels FINRA Series 24, 9/10 Bachelor’s degree; preferably in Business, Accounting or Finance Location Mid‑Atlantic and West Coast regions.
