Your Role:

• Prep Leader : Lead all heavy prep for the day, ensuring everything is ready for a smooth and efficient service.

• Maintain Excellence : Ensure consistency and adherence to recipes and quality standards while prepping ingredients.

• Ingredient Mastery : Work with fresh, high-quality ingredients to prepare veggies, proteins, sauces, and other components needed for dishes.

• Team Collaboration : Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure everything runs seamlessly and efficiently.

• Hygiene Standards : Follow food safety and hygiene protocols diligently, maintaining a clean and organized prep area.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experienced Cook : Proven experience as a prep cook or in a similar kitchen role in a fast-paced environment.

• Skillful and Efficient : Excellent knife skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work quickly without compromising quality.
