Develops long-term supply agreements, which may include transportation and storage arrangements. Ensures all contracts and transactions are conducted within prescribed legal policies and procedures and works closely with other functions to determine pricing and terms of new contracts. Negotiates purchase contracts. Develops forecasts of needed supply, transportation requirements and available storage. Manages relationships with suppliers. Administers and monitors existing purchase and sale contracts. Communicates marginal economics on various options to Trading and Optimization.Maintains and tracks economic uplift of various decisions. Evaluates and coordinates opportunities within the refining system to capture synergies.Provides support to the strategy implementation and business development activities.
