Role Description This full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role is based in Cleveland, TN. The Real Estate Agent will represent buyers, sellers, and investors in residential and commercial property transactions, from initial consultation through closing. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and following up with leads, conducting property showings, preparing and presenting offers, and guiding clients through negotiations, inspections, and contracts. The role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local market trends, property values, and regulations, as well as collaborating with lenders, inspectors, attorneys, and other professionals. The agent will also be expected to deliver responsive customer service, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the team’s overall sales and marketing efforts. Qualifications Active Real Estate License and solid understanding of Real Estate principles and practices Customer Service skills focused on responsiveness, empathy, and relationship-building Sales skills, including prospecting, lead follow-up, and closing techniques Knowledge of Real Property laws, contracts, and local market regulations Strong verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation and presentation ability Ability to work on-site in Cleveland, TN and manage a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends Proficiency with real estate CRM systems, online listing platforms, and basic office software Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel locally for showings and appointments Prior experience in real estate or a related field (sales, property management, leasing) preferred High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to non-discriminatory, client-centered service #J-18808-Ljbffr
