A successful Project Manager should have: Required Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in construction management software and scheduling tools Preferred Experience with design-build or integrated project delivery Familiarity with green building practices and sustainable construction methods Local market experience in commercial construction
