Our organization is seeking a skilled and board-certified Thoracic Surgeon to become part of a distinguished surgical practice within the largest healthcare system in Hawaii. The practice is experiencing significant growth in both benign and malignant esophageal diseases, with excellent access to robotic surgical techniques. Surgeons will operate in a dynamic environment characterized by diverse and high-volume cases, supported by a cutting-edge lung program that incorporates robotics and artificial intelligence, fostering close collaboration with interventional pulmonology. Position Details:

• Full-time employment
• Combination of inpatient and outpatient/clinic responsibilities
• Allocated time for urgent cases within the schedule

Compensation & Benefits:

• Annual salary ranging from $575,600 to $600,600
• Strong statewide referral network with ample growth potential

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Board Certification from the American Board of Thoracic Surgery
• Completion of a fellowship in Thoracic Surgery or Cardiothoracic Surgery, focusing on lung and chest procedures
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• J1 and H1B visa applicants are encouraged to apply
