What You'll Need:

• Active Missouri Speech Language Pathologist license
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Previous experience in a school-based SLP role or equivalent setting preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Dedication to evidence-based practices and individualized student progress

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide direct and consultative speech/language therapy services
• Document progress, maintain compliant records, and prepare required reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams
• Educate and advise school staff and families to support student development
