Warehouse Team Leader

We are looking for a hands-on Warehouse Team Leader to join our team in Joliet. In this role, you will supervise daily warehouse operations, lead a team of associates, and ensure safety and efficiency standards are met. This role requires fluency in Mandarin Chinese to effectively communicate with our global team and partners. What You’ll Do Supervise daily warehouse activities and lead front-line associates Ensure all operations comply with safety regulations and company standards Work with management to improve efficiency and productivity Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Train staff on standard operating procedures and best practices Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback What You Bring Warehouse experience required; prior team lead or supervisory experience is a plus Strong sense of responsibility and execution ability Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment Why Join Western Post?
