We are looking for a part-time professional and experienced cleaning dynamo to join our team in the Washington DC area, out 15 miles, including into MD and VA! As a residential cleaner, you and your assistant will begin part-time and work up to cleaning 4-6 units in multiple luxury apartment buildings daily in the DC area. Our unique approach reduces travel time and maximizes your income potential. Responsibilities: Perform thorough cleaning of assigned units, including but not limited to, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens. Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard and meet client expectations. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to coordinate cleaning schedules and address any concerns or special requests. Requirements: English fluency 3+ years professional experience cleaning. Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle. Have your own cleaning supplies including a vacuum cleaner. Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Schedule: Part-time, day shift, no weekends. Compensation: Average $45-70 per clean. $45 base, plus upgrades and gratuity.
