Requirements:

• Current LPN license in the State of Nevada

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an LPN in a long-term care setting

• Strong leadership and communication skills

As an LPN Unit Manager, you will play a vital role in leading our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care to our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care

• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for residents, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team

• Conduct daily rounds to assess resident needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement changes as necessary

• Monitor and maintain accurate records of resident care, including medication administration, treatment plans, and progress notes

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and optimize care delivery

• Collaborate with other departments, such as Social Services, Dietary, and Rehabilitative Services, to ensure a comprehensive approach to resident care

• Provide education and training to staff members, as needed, to promote professional development and enhance patient care
