Your Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and advanced lab tests across various disciplines—such as chemistry, hematology, and immunology—in accordance with established protocols.
• Verify test results for accuracy, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and carry out preventive maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for testing as required.
• Thoroughly document all procedures, train new team members or interns, and help maintain high standards within the lab.
• Ensure a clean and safe workspace while complying with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health degree, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) should be obtained within a year of your hire date.
• Maintain current certification for the duration of your employment.
