- Applicants must be able to work directly for us on W2
- BS degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 6 years of relevant experience
- Proven track record in product development from concept to production
- Strong design skills, analytical problem-solving, and attention to detail
- Experience designing complex electro-mechanical systems and thermal management solutions, including liquid cooling
- Knowledge of sheet metal, machined parts, plastic, and extrusion fabrication methods
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of SolidWorks; familiarity with ANSI drafting standards
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent verbal and written English skills and ability to work effectively in small teams
- Competence with hand and bench tools
- Experience with SolidWorks Flow Simulation
- Knowledge of networking/data center equipment
- Knowledge of HALT testing
- Develop state-of-the-art IP test products
- Design mechanical and thermal system solutions, including sourcing off-the-shelf parts
- Simulate and design thermal solutions
- Work with suppliers to resolve DFM/DFA concerns
- Validate designs, obtain quotes, build, and test prototypes
