Accounting Manager

A growing real estate investment and development organization is seeking a Senior Accountant or Accounting Manager to join its accounting team. This role will support a variety of accounting functions across development, construction, and corporate entities while partnering with leadership on financial reporting, forecasting, and operational initiatives.

Key Responsibiliti

• esManage month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporti
• ngPerform general ledger accounting for multiple entities, including development, construction, and corporate operatio
• nsSupport construction and project accounting activities, including job cost tracking, cost allocations, and project financial analys
• isPrepare and analyze monthly financial statements and management repor
• tsOversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management functio
• nsAssist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow projectio
• nsCoordinate funding requests, draw schedules, and supporting documentation for development and construction projec
• tsAccount for intercompany transactions and maintain accurate entity-level financial recor
• dsSupport investor reporting and related accounting activiti
• esPartner with external tax advisors and auditors by providing requested schedules and supporting documentati

• onsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fi
• eld5+ years of progressive accounting experie
• nceReal estate, construction, development, or project accounting experience requi
