The Opportunity This role is for someone who can move from strategy to craft, helping shape ideas from the earliest sketch to the final execution. You'll partner closely with creative directors, writers, strategists, and producers to make ideas stronger, clearer, and more compelling through exceptional design. Some days you'll be building decks that win over stakeholders. Other days you'll be designing campaign assets, creating social posts, art directing, designing merch (people actually want to wear), or crafting supers that elevates a film. What You’ll Do Design beautiful, persuasive presentation decks that help sell creative ideas internally and externally. Create visual identities, logos, and campaign systems that can scale across every touchpoint. Design print collateral, merchandise, environmental graphics, social content, digital assets, and broadcast graphics. Design typography and supers for television and film. Partner with creative teams to elevate concepts through thoughtful visual thinking. Art direct photography, illustration, motion, and production partners to ensure every piece reflects a high creative standard. Help establish and maintain an exceptional level of craft across everything the organization creates. Who You Are An exceptional designer with a refined eye for typography, composition, imagery, and storytelling. Someone who thinks conceptually and executes beautifully. Comfortable presenting work and explaining design decisions. Collaborative, humble, and energized by working alongside writers, strategists, filmmakers, and creatives. Someone who sees design as a way to clarify ideas. Curious about culture, visual trends, and emerging creative tools while grounded in timeless design principles. Skills & Experience 7+ years of professional design experience in an agency, brand, or creative studio Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects is a plus) Experience designing across print, digital, social, environmental, and broadcast mediums Strong understanding of branding and visual identity systems Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional creative standards Bonus Points You sketch, draw, or concept by hand and enjoy thinking with pencil and paper before opening your computer Experience collaborating with production teams Motion design or animation skills Annual performance bonus (based on organizational performance) 80% employer-paid health and wellness coverage 403(b) retirement plan with 7% employer match Very generous PTO Three annual company rest weeks (around July 4 and between Christmas and New Years) Flourishing Fund stipend Education Reimbursement stipend annually Much more!
