Registered Nurse - Cardiac Cath Lab/EP

Job Summary:
We are seeking a experienced Registered Nurse for a Cardiac Cath Lab/EP position to provide specialized care during various cardiac procedures. The ideal candidate will support patient monitoring, assist with procedures, and ensure compliance with clinical protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Administer nursing care to patients undergoing cardiac procedures such as TEE, cardioversions, cardiac catheterizations, and structural heart interventions.
• Assist physicians and technicians during procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to any emergent clinical changes promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures, assessments, and patient progress in EPIC electronic health records.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Support floating to various campuses and adapt to different clinical environments as needed.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active RN license and minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in cardiac procedures.
• Possess ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Demonstrate EPIC electronic medical record system experience.
• Ability to pass a compliance EKG exam (2 attempts allowed).
• Be able to work 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with no weekend or holiday shifts.
• No open background cases, with verification of third-party education credentials.
