We are currently seeking compassionate and dependable Per Diem Direct Support Staff to join our team. Responsibilities Support individuals in working toward personal goals and daily independence Assist with activities of daily living, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and transportation Accompany individuals to appointments, community activities, and social outings Provide encouragement, guidance, and positive support Help create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment Qualifications Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current insurance/registration required CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain PMT certification preferred or willingness to obtain Must be at least 18 years old Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred, but not required Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others #J-18808-Ljbffr
