Assistant Project Manager - Federal Construction

B2 Constructors is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned general and mechanical contractor delivering high-quality federal projects for clients including the VA, USACE, DoD, and GSA. We're growing fast and looking for a sharp, detail-driven APM ready for real responsibility. What You'll Do Own documentation, procurement, RFIs/submittals, scheduling coordination, pay apps, change order management, and project closeout. You'll work directly with the PM, Superintendent, subcontractors, and owners to keep projects moving and records audit-ready. What We're Looking For 2–5+ years in project engineering, coordination, or APM-level work for a commercial GC Procore experience required; Procore certifications a strong plus Strong MS Office skills and high computer literacy Solid grasp of CSI divisions, submittals, RFIs, cost codes, and change management Federal construction experience preferred; VA or DoD experience is a strong plus Microsoft Project scheduling and OST/QuickBid experience are a plus Who You Are Detail-obsessed, relentlessly organized, a strong communicator, and comfortable pushing anyone on the project team for answers. You take ownership and produce clean work that holds up under scrutiny.
