Insurance Coverage Associate | Atlanta, GA (Fully Remote) – Up to $200k

Location/Schedule: Atlanta, GA (Fully Remote)

Base Salary: Up to $200k (plus performance incentives)

Practice: Insurance Coverage & Bad Faith – Complex coverage opinions, declaratory judgment actions, high-exposure claims, and catastrophe losses (hurricanes, wildfires, etc.) for insurers across the country.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex insurance policies and prepare detailed coverage opinions and reservation of rights letters.
• Handle declaratory judgment actions, bad faith claims, and high-exposure coverage disputes.
• Manage catastrophe and complex loss claims across multiple jurisdictions.
• Advise insurers on coverage strategy, claim handling, and litigation defense.

Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates):

• JD and active GA bar (multi-state licensing a plus).
• 3–7+ years of insurance coverage or complex insurance litigation experience with strong writing and analytical skills.
