Partner, Insurance Coverage & Bad Faith Litigation Attorney (Nevada) Portable book of business is ideal, but not required. Hours: 1900 A nationally recognized Am Law 100 law firm with offices across all 50 states is seeking a Partner-level Insurance Coverage & Bad Faith Litigation Attorney to join its Nevada practice. This role is best suited for an attorney whose practice is heavily focused on insurance carrier defense , with approximately 75% or more of their work dedicated to insurance coverage and bad faith litigation matters . The ideal candidate will have deep experience representing insurers in complex first-party disputes, coverage matters, and extra-contractual/bad faith litigation, with the ability to step into and expand an existing institutional platform. While a portable book of business is not required , candidates with established carrier relationships and/or some level of portable work are strongly preferred. The attorney will work closely with institutional insurance clients and collaborate with a national litigation team handling sophisticated matters in both state and federal courts. Why Join the Firm?

- Ability to manage complex litigation independently while working within a national team environment
- Prior insurance defense or carrier-side litigation experience strongly preferred
