Scope of Position may include:
- Safely operate various types of machines (lathes, mills, drills; Computer Controlled & Manual).
- Complete work tasks as indicated by work orders, production schedules, and supervisor.
- Report problems with quality, processes, equipment, and materials to supervisor.
- Completion of production documentation with accuracy.
- Maintain daily procedures around maintaining machine and facility cleanliness.
- Work in a safe and clean manner by complying with procedures, rules, and company policies.
- Cross training (Both participate in learning and teaching already known tasks/positions)
- Other duties and/or tasks may be assigned on an as needed basis.
- Minimum High School Diploma/GED.
- Understanding of general lathe and/or mill tooling.
- Experience operating CNC Lathes, Mills, or other equipment. Haas experience preferred, not required.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 30 pounds as necessary.
- Ability to work independently.
