Overview of the Payroll and Benefits Coordinator Role: * Assist in preparing and processing bi-weekly payroll using ADP Workforce Now. * Verify timecards, deductions, and adjustments for accuracy. * Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws. * Update changes related to new hires, terminations, promotions, and benefits. * Generate payroll reports for HR and Finance teams. * Respond to payroll-related inquiries promptly and professionally. * Ad hoc payroll projects Preferred Qualifications for the Payroll and Benefits Coordinator: * Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field preferred. * 1+ years of payroll processing experience. * Hands on experience using ADP Workforce highly desirable. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs). * Ability to thrive in an environment with multiple priorities. * Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills. * Reliable follow-through and commitment to accuracy. #INJUL2026 #HOUSTONJOBS #CAREERS #PAYROLL #BENEFITS #ACCOUNTING
