Job Overview As a Financial Solutions Advisor StageI (FSAI) at BankofAmerica you will obtain the required Securities Industry licenses and learn the foundational skills needed to build and manage client relationships, guide them through complex financial situations, and deliver BankofAmerica’s banking and investment solutions. The position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. All employees engaged in residential loan mortgage origination must register and remain in good standing. Failure to obtain or maintain registration may result in immediate termination. Key Responsibilities Obtain Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) within 30 days of hire; Series7 and Series66 within 120 days. Build and nurture client relationships with banking customers, small business owners, and higher‑net‑worth clients. Provide end‑to‑end financial advice, conduct client reviews and presentations with confidence. Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients with appropriate solutions. Enroll in Academy training, one‑on‑one coaching, and ongoing professional development programs. Maintain compliance with SAFE Act background check, registration, and ongoing training requirements. Required Qualifications Must obtain required industry licenses (SIE, Series7, Series66). Self‑disciplined in managing time and capacity. Experience in cultivating client relationships, identifying needs, and recommending solutions. Results‑driven mindset with ability to prioritize clients in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to multitask and adapt to new technology or applications. Desired Qualifications Current holder of FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE). Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience.
