Front Desk Attendant – Part-Time (Country Club Fitness Center)
Join our prestigious country club as a Front Desk Attendant and be the welcoming face for our members and guests. This role offers an excellent opportunity to be part of a vibrant community, providing exceptional service in a professional and friendly environment. We are seeking a motivated individual who enjoys engaging with people and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet members and guests warmly upon arrival, providing excellent customer service
- Manage member check-ins and check-outs efficiently using the club’s reservation and access systems
- Answer inquiries about club facilities, programs, and services both in person and via phone
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Support event setup and coordination as needed
- Enforce club policies and safety protocols to ensure a secure environment

Requirements:- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk roles preferred

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
